- Every item has a custom imprint area that requires a new screen to be made. The setup charge covers the cost of the burning and setting of that screen. This is a fixed charge that does not vary with order quantity. Setup fees are waived for re-orders of the same item with the same artwork because the screen has already been made.

Reproduction of fine details, shading and 3-D images is easily achieved with Logo Mats Inc.'s state-of-the-art digital printer. 100% premium rubber backing with long-wearing, static-dissipative nylon carpet for years of trouble-free performance. Green friendly rubber backing has 10% -15% recycled content. Resists curling and cracking. Available in smooth and cleated backing types. Available with oil/grease resistant 100% Nitrile Rubber backing when applications call for additional protection.

The DigiPrint Mat comes in 26 standard print colors. Choose one of the 26 standard print colors for the background color of the mat. To include your logo colors on this mat - we can mix and match the 26 standard colors to produce over 300 extended colors. The price on this mat includes an unlimited amount of logo colors as long as they fit within the extended color pallet. PMS color matching is also available for an additional fee.
