- Every item has a custom imprint area that requires a new screen to be made. The setup charge covers the cost of the burning and setting of that screen. This is a fixed charge that does not vary with order quantity. Setup fees are waived for re-orders of the same item with the same artwork because the screen has already been made.

Product Description

Classic rugby-inspired styling. Heavy 100% cotton jersey fabric feels soft and broken-in, right from the start. 100% cotton jersey (15.73 oz/lyd/320 gsm) with a classic 4� yarn-dyed rugby stripe (yarn-dying is a special, high quality fabrication). Features a durable 8.5 oz white twill collar stitched with reinforcing tape for added strength. A heavy-duty white twill placket conceals rubber buttons. Rib knit cuffs. Reinforced stitching throughout for added durability. Price includes embroidery up to 8 thread colors & 7,500 stitches.
