- Every item has a custom imprint area that requires a new screen to be made. The setup charge covers the cost of the burning and setting of that screen. This is a fixed charge that does not vary with order quantity. Setup fees are waived for re-orders of the same item with the same artwork because the screen has already been made.

Product Description

Combo includes vinyl cover with decorative stitching, pen loop on exterior strap closure with 2 snap buttons, card slot on back cover (holds approximately 8 business cards), a card slot on interior flap, a Lafayette ballpoint metal pen and a refillable 6" x 9" ECO spiral notebook containing 72 ivory lined sheets. Notebooks are made in North America with 90% recycled materials. Price includes debossing on the notebook and laser engraving on pen.
