Imprint Method

There are various ways to imprint logos and text onto our products. Below is a description of each. Note that not every method will be available for every product.
- Silk Screening/Screen Printing – Ink pressed through an emulsion negative creates an image on paper and cloth products.
- Heat Transfer – Images are permanently embedded into a product using a heat press.
- Pad Printing – Best for plastic. Your logo is lifted onto a silicone pad that presses down and transfers ink onto the product in up to 4 colors.
- Laser Engraving – A custom artwork template guides lasers in cutting out your custom logo.
- Debossing – A custom metal die of your artwork is pressed into the product’s surface creating a depressed imprint.
- Embroidery – A computer processes your artwork and creates a digital pattern which is then stitched into textile products.
- Sublimation – Imprint using heat activated dyes permanently embedded into a product. In the case of fabric, the dye absorbs into the pores rather than sitting on the surface.
- Full Color – Imprint method that includes all colors, halftones and gradients present in your artwork

- Every item has a custom imprint area that requires a new screen to be made. The setup charge covers the cost of the burning and setting of that screen. This is a fixed charge that does not vary with order quantity. Setup fees are waived for re-orders of the same item with the same artwork because the screen has already been made.

Two-tone Techno Series outer shell 3/4 length jacket with full lining. Contrast yoke. Reflective piping along yoke for high visibility after dark. Under placket security zippered pocket. Shock cord drawstring at waist and hem. Elasticized cuff band with adjustable tab. D-ring for clipping on ID tags, gloves etc.. Inside cell phone/sunglasses pocket. Fleece zip-out jacket with matching corded fleece on inner collar and facing, matching taslan trim details and full lining. EZEM System. EZAWAY System features under placket fastening loops and easy grip webbing pull tabs on storm flap and cuffs. INTERACTIVE System allows the jacket to also be worn in combination with fleece jackets. Price includes embroidery in up to 6 thread colors & 8,000 stitches.
