Imprint Method

There are various ways to imprint logos and text onto our products. Below is a description of each. Note that not every method will be available for every product.
- Silk Screening/Screen Printing – Ink pressed through an emulsion negative creates an image on paper and cloth products.
- Heat Transfer – Images are permanently embedded into a product using a heat press.
- Pad Printing – Best for plastic. Your logo is lifted onto a silicone pad that presses down and transfers ink onto the product in up to 4 colors.
- Laser Engraving – A custom artwork template guides lasers in cutting out your custom logo.
- Debossing – A custom metal die of your artwork is pressed into the product’s surface creating a depressed imprint.
- Embroidery – A computer processes your artwork and creates a digital pattern which is then stitched into textile products.
- Sublimation – Imprint using heat activated dyes permanently embedded into a product. In the case of fabric, the dye absorbs into the pores rather than sitting on the surface.
- Full Color – Imprint method that includes all colors, halftones and gradients present in your artwork

- Every item has a custom imprint area that requires a new screen to be made. The setup charge covers the cost of the burning and setting of that screen. This is a fixed charge that does not vary with order quantity. Setup fees are waived for re-orders of the same item with the same artwork because the screen has already been made.

A water-resistant shell joins a warm microfleece lining to let you comfortably traverse through wind and wet. Pops of color at the zippers give the Traverse a fresh spin on classic soft shell design. 93/7 poly/spandex woven bonded to 100% polyester microfleece lining with laminated film insert to repel water and wind. 1000MM fabric waterproof rating. 1000G/M2 fabric breathability rating. Gently contoured silhouette. Self-fabric adjustable tab cuffs with hook and loop closures. Front zippered pockets. Open hem. Price includes embroidery in one location in up to 6 thread colors & 8,000 stitches.
