Imprint Method

There are various ways to imprint logos and text onto our products. Below is a description of each. Note that not every method will be available for every product.
- Silk Screening/Screen Printing – Ink pressed through an emulsion negative creates an image on paper and cloth products.
- Heat Transfer – Images are permanently embedded into a product using a heat press.
- Pad Printing – Best for plastic. Your logo is lifted onto a silicone pad that presses down and transfers ink onto the product in up to 4 colors.
- Laser Engraving – A custom artwork template guides lasers in cutting out your custom logo.
- Debossing – A custom metal die of your artwork is pressed into the product’s surface creating a depressed imprint.
- Embroidery – A computer processes your artwork and creates a digital pattern which is then stitched into textile products.
- Sublimation – Imprint using heat activated dyes permanently embedded into a product. In the case of fabric, the dye absorbs into the pores rather than sitting on the surface.
- Full Color – Imprint method that includes all colors, halftones and gradients present in your artwork

- Every item has a custom imprint area that requires a new screen to be made. The setup charge covers the cost of the burning and setting of that screen. This is a fixed charge that does not vary with order quantity. Setup fees are waived for re-orders of the same item with the same artwork because the screen has already been made.

Made of durable eco friendly 80 GSM Nonwoven Polypropylene material. Spacious interior with drawstring cinch top closure. Adjustable soft Nylon cord shoulder straps. Also includes handles at opening for alternative carry. All of our nonwoven poly is 100% recyclable and made of 40% pre-consumer recycled contents and 60% post-consumer recycled contents. Price includes 1 color imprint.
