Imprint Method

There are various ways to imprint logos and text onto our products. Below is a description of each. Note that not every method will be available for every product.
- Silk Screening/Screen Printing – Ink pressed through an emulsion negative creates an image on paper and cloth products.
- Heat Transfer – Images are permanently embedded into a product using a heat press.
- Pad Printing – Best for plastic. Your logo is lifted onto a silicone pad that presses down and transfers ink onto the product in up to 4 colors.
- Laser Engraving – A custom artwork template guides lasers in cutting out your custom logo.
- Debossing – A custom metal die of your artwork is pressed into the product’s surface creating a depressed imprint.
- Embroidery – A computer processes your artwork and creates a digital pattern which is then stitched into textile products.
- Sublimation – Imprint using heat activated dyes permanently embedded into a product. In the case of fabric, the dye absorbs into the pores rather than sitting on the surface.
- Full Color – Imprint method that includes all colors, halftones and gradients present in your artwork

- Every item has a custom imprint area that requires a new screen to be made. The setup charge covers the cost of the burning and setting of that screen. This is a fixed charge that does not vary with order quantity. Setup fees are waived for re-orders of the same item with the same artwork because the screen has already been made.

Soft touch rib inner collar and storm cuffs with adjustable tabs and metal snaps. Center front zipper with metal zipper pulls. Square metal rivet details on front and back armhole. Pocket flaps with side entry zippered pockets. Audio port access through inside left pocket. Screen printed label. Inside placket with partial storm flap and square metal snap at top. Zip-off adjustable hood with rigid peak. Inside adjustable shockcord at waist for a flattering silhouettse. 100% polyester two-tone texture bonded with birdseye mesh, 8.8 oz./yd2/300gsm; 8,000 mm waterproofness/800 g breathability. Price includes embroidery up to 8 thread colors and 10,000 stitches.
